Hi, I'm Jenny Yuzon, (MSW, RSW) with over 15 years of experience working with individuals in a wide range of settings.
Through my own healing and professional training, I discovered that real change happens when we include the body in the conversation. This experience now shapes everything I do as a therapist. I can definitely "geek-out" on the nervous system and brain science because I know change is possible through the mind and body. I enjoy supporting others in finding these connections in themselves.
Due to my love of learning and curiosity, I attend ongoing training to continue supporting people in new ways. That's also how my own perfectionist part shows up and works with me:)
