A Credit Card is asked to be placed on file through a secure system called Jane.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Unexpected things can come up in life that may require you to miss your appointment or may need to reschedule. A 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling is required in order to avoid the full fee charge. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged for the missed session. Please email jenny@jenuinetherapy.ca if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can also do this through the Jane system.
Insurance
You will be provided with an invoice after your session that has all the information you need. You may submit this receipt to your benefits to receive reimbursement of the fees. Unfortunately Jenuine Therapy is not able to directly bill the insurance company.
Majority of plans cover Registered Social Workers (RSW) as part of Psychotherapy Services or Mental Health Services. Please check with your benefits to find out more about your coverage as some plans cover a portion of the fees or may only cover a certain number of sessions.
